1. How long will it take to receive my photos?

We know you’re excited to see the results! Final galleries are typically delivered within 7-14 business days. If you need your images sooner, we offer a rush delivery service for an additional fee—just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

2. How will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery link, where you can download high-resolution images. If you prefer a USB drive or physical prints, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!

3. Can I order prints or a photo album?
Absolutely! We offer high-quality prints, albums, and wall art to help you showcase your favorite images. You’ll receive details on available print options when your gallery is delivered.

4. Will I get access to RAW files?
To ensure your images reflect the highest quality and our creative style, we do not provide RAW files. You will receive fully edited, high-resolution images as part of your package.

5. Can I get a sneak peek of my photos?
Yes! We love keeping the excitement alive with 1-2 sneak peek images, which we’ll share within 48 hours of your session.

6. Do you offer referral bonuses?
We sure do! If you refer a friend and they book a session, you’ll receive a discount or bonus perk towards your next session. Ask us for more details!

7. What if I want additional edits or extra images?
We offer additional edits and extra images for a fee. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide pricing details.

8. What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your session, your deposit may be non-refundable. Please see your contract for full details.
